We have received multiple requests for information on ordering custom pins, so here is your one stop shop for all the basic information.

If you are hosting an event and want some "swag," a titleholder looking for a fundraising pin or a small business owner looking to make some fun branded merch, we are here to help you!

Below we will layout the process and information you need to know for ordering, plus some examples of pins we have helped create.

Artwork:

• We can help you create your vision. Our designer, Omen The Pup, is happy to help. With a few design sessions he can help bring your idea to fruition. He does charge a $50 fee for this artwork, that you can then use for any other merch you want, he will send you the files once your pins have been ordered and paid for.
• If you have artwork already created we can use that as well, as long as you have full written permission from the artist, with consent to use their work.

Quote:

• Once we have the artwork settled and you have sat with it for a few days, to make sure no changes need to be made, we can then get a quote from our manufacturer.
• The price of your quote will vary due to a few thing: the size of your pin, how many colors are used, how complex of a design it is, how many pieces you order, etc.
• The quote will also include a few items: price per unit, the mold fee (this is the mold used to create your pin), if screen printing is needed, international shipping to the Boneafide office (for a quality check) and then shipping to you.

Timing:

• This also has many variables. Most batches of pins are in hand between 1 month to 2 months.
• The manufacturers work load can. We use a company that also creates pins for large companies, so depending on their workload it can alter the length of production time.
• Once the pins have finished production, you will be provided with the shipping information from over seas to us, so you can check on it as well. This step is where the biggest variable takes place, how long the pins will sit in customs before they are released to the United States.
• As soon as we receive them in our office, they are quality checked within two days and then we make plans to get them to you.

Other things to know:

• Once you order a pin, you can reorder it for two years without having to create a new mold (saving you money in the long run)
• The MOQ (minimum Order Quantity) is 30 pins, most Titleholders have been starting with 100 pieces to start.
